Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time experienced, strategic Marketing and Business Data Analyst with a focus on data-driven marketing to help enhance member engagement, optimize product usage and drive balance accumulation for deposit and loan products, in line with larger business goals.
As a key player in our credit union’s marketing team, you will leverage your knowledge and experience using technology and marketing data to gather and share insights that support the development of digital marketing and business growth strategies.
This role is ideal for a data-savvy marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to make a meaningful contribution to the success of the credit union and our overall goal of helping members improve their financial well-being.

· Collect and interpret member data from UTF’s financial databases, performance reports, internal marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Keystone, Raddon, Candescent, Prisma, Email) to uncover trends and correlations in member behavior, product/service usage and engagement.
· Use data visualization tools (Tableau, Zoho, Google Analytics) to create dashboards and reports, enabling real-time tracking of deposit and loan performance, member engagement across marketing channels and marketing campaign attribution.
2. Data Management
· Maintain and clean data to ensure its accuracy and consistency, preventing faulty analysis.

3. Reporting & Insights
· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of member campaigns such as adoption rates, balance growth, application volume and engagement metrics (open rates, click-through rates, website traffic, conversion rates).
· Leverage insights from data dashboards to identify opportunities for growth and optimization in product/service adoption and balance accumulation on deposit and loan products.
· Continuously assess and share member data and feedback to guide the improvement of existing credit union offerings and the development of new products that meet the evolving needs of our members.
· Work with other departments as needed (sales, finance, IS) to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
4. Campaigns Optimization and Member Engagement
· Collaborate on the marketing team to design and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns aimed at boosting usage of deposit and loan products, as well as enhancing the overall member experience.
· Perform A/B testing and experiment with marketing tactics to optimize digital campaigns targeting specific member segments, improving campaign effectiveness in driving product usage and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing data analysis with a focus on customer engagement strategies, particularly in the financial services industry (experience in credit unions with Keystone, Raddon, Candescent a plus).
- Expertise in leveraging data analytics tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau or Zoho, CRM systems, marketing automation) to drive decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, uncover key insights, and transform them into actionable strategies to improve member engagement and product performance.
- A deep understanding of marketing principles, marketing automation, campaign delivery and optimization, and A/B testing to drive continuous improvement in member acquisition and product adoption rates.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business success through innovative product strategies and data insights.
