We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Deposit Operations and Treasury Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various operational tasks related to deposit accounts, treasury functions, cash management client onboarding, Treasury Management product implementation, and reconciling general ledgers. Your expertise in reconciliations will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
What You'll Do:
- Review and reconcile back-end deposit transactions, including account openings, closures, and maintenance.
- Monitor and manage cash positions to ensure liquidity for daily operations.
- ACH transactions, ACH Originations, and ACH return processing.
- Manage ARP (Automated Return Processing) and EIP (Exception Item Processing) functions, resolving exceptions promptly.
- Process ACH returns in compliance with NACHA rules and regulations.
- Back-office treasury management implementation for new clients, ensuring seamless integration of treasury services.
- Coordinate client and product onboarding processes, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation.
- Reconcile general ledgers and financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies, resolve issues, and optimize financial reporting processes.
- Generate reports and analysis on financial reconciliations, treasury activities, client onboarding, and product implementation for management review.
- Accounting, Business Administration, or related back-office banking experience.
- Extensive experience in deposit operations, treasury management, ACH processing, non-member facing client onboarding, product implementation, and reconciling general ledgers.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
