What does a HR Administrator do?
As a new HR Administrator at United Wireless, you can expect an engaging day-to-day experience filled with essential responsibilities. You'll be responsible for onboarding and training new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from day one. Daily tasks will include managing employee records, managing HRIS and ATS systems, supporting recruitment efforts, other duties as assigned and assisting with employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture.
You'll also play a key role in organizing training sessions and maintaining compliance with HR policies. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll tackle challenges with a customer-focused mindset and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
