What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager Corporate Finance position at Unity Search?
Unity Search has been exclusively engaged with this very rapidly growing service company in search for a Head of Corporate FP&A. This role is newly created due to growth and will assist the CFO and with senior management and private equity summary reporting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the CFO with financial reporting, forecasting, and tracking of operating metrics
- Manage financial projections, analyze variances and monitor key performance indicators
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and identify risks and opportunities
- Provide actionable financial insights to senior leaders for informed decision making
- Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools to improve productivity
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost reduction initiatives, and support strategic financial analysis for M&A and growth opportunities
- Perform various other related projects
Requirements:
- BBA required; MBA preferred
- Foundation in I-Banking, Transactions Services or other high paced consulting type environment - required
- Current FP&A experience - required
- Strong financial modeling experience required
- Current or prior PE-backed company experience highly preferred

Compensation: $160-$180k salary plus 15-20% Discretionary Bonus
