The Workplace Safety and Security Senior Coordinator will assist the Workplace Safety and Security Program Director in the development of the UnityPoint Health Workplace Violence Prevention Program. This will include the system wide coordination, implementation and maintenance of programs related to Workplace Violence Prevention. The Workplace Safety and Security Senior Coordinator will be responsible for training programs, coordination of specific initiatives, and development of system wide tools.
The development of the Workplace Violence Prevention program and associated standards and plans for System Services and Regions will ensure a safe and resilient environment for patients, team members, and visitors. |

Workplace Violence Prevention Program · Creates and implements system Workplace Violence Prevention programs, projects, and tools. · Drafts, edits, and coordinates review of all Workplace Violence Prevention documents. · Ensures that all pertinent stakeholders are involved in document review activities. · Collaborates with market leaders to deploy Workplace Violence Prevention. · Leads root cause analysis, investigation and debriefing for Workplace Violence events. · Provides consultation and expert advice to management regarding Workplace Violence Prevention. | 50% | |
