Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join an outpatient clinic in Bismarck, ND, for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating strong clinical skills and patient care expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in patient assessments, record vital signs, and document medical history.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with clinic policies.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in North Dakota (or compact state eligibility).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic or similar setting.
• BLS certification (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $41.00 - $47.00 per hour
