Job Description :
- Lead the coordination of accounts payable activity for capital project and fixed asset-related payments.
- Code invoices related to capital projects and fixed assets.
- Verify sales tax rates on invoices.
- Conduct data entry and purchase order matching of invoices within the A / P system.
- Coordinate resolution of vendor and facility inquiries.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Process and resolve discrepant invoices, including the daily invoice auto-match process.
- Manage assigned projects, including accrual, escheat verification, and W-9 verification projects.
