As a Customer Service Specialist:, you’ll manage high-volume customer inquiries, tailor insurance solutions, and build lasting client relationships. This role offers a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact both clients and the team.

• Licensed Professionals:
  • Must have a 4-40 Customer Representative License: or 2 years of high-volume customer service experience.:
• Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in English and Spanish: is a strong advantage due to our diverse client base.
