Bravado is currently looking for a Sr. Coordinator, Retail Sales & Licensing. This person will be a key component to help maximize wholesale & licensing efficiencies and profitability. They will be the connector between the retail/licensing department & creative/operations/production/brand management. They are a vital role to help drive opportunity across Bravado’s amazing and expansive roster of artists.
This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills, and the confidence to optimize workflow and proactively set priorities for the team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is critical.
This role demands confidence in the ability to communicate on behalf of a team. The Sr. Coordinator is here to support company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and initiatives. A “can-do” attitude is essential. No task is too small and no challenge too great.

How You’ll CREATE
In a fast-paced and growing environment like ours, priorities and projects often change so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Scheduling / calendar and Expenses assistance to VP of Sales and VP of Licensing
- Work cross functionally with brand management, legal, finance and production to ensure order processing, product approvals, and deal memo approvals run as efficiently as possible
- Utilize internal platforms to build out new products for various retail accounts and track their approval progress within Monday.com boards
- Support Licensing Operations with internal and external sales outreach trackers and Licensing Software support.
- Help manage, organize and distribute retail / licensing sales tool kits, reporting, decks, deal memos etc.
- Provide Administrative and Operational Support to the sales and licensing team
- Support Licensing Team with any Trade Show prep work and on scene implementation and take down; project management tasks etc.
- Other duties include generating reports and completing special projects as needed
- Adhere to all company compliance standards and policies
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Interested in learning and growing within Sales and Licensing
- Bachelor’s degree
- Outstanding organization, thrive off pressure and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Excellent organization, time management skills and systems thinking
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and communication/negotiation skills

- Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products inclusive of Word, Excel, Canva and PowerPoint, Box, Apple products (Keynote, iCal, etc.) and project management systems (Monday.com)
