JOB SUMMARY:
Develop and conduct IT audits/reviews/studies with a control and process improvement focus. Ensure the adequacy of, and compliance with, Universal Destinations & Experiences (“UDX”) policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, asset/information security and integrity, as well as the overall internal control environment, with a specific focus on information technology. The Assurance & Advisory (“A&A”) Manager will also be responsible for detail reviewing Sr. Analyst project work. This position is responsible for developing proactive solutions, communicating potential impacts on the business, and will work closely with cross-functional partners and leadership to ensure business needs are met. The A&A Manager delivers value-added services to the organization through a consultative approach that includes process engineering, business analytics, and thought leadership.

Bachelor’s degree is required (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field).

- Develop and conduct IT audits/reviews/studies that are efficient, customer focused, and provide value to the business; coordinate and document audit work papers, current/future state process maps, and other deliverables.
- Perform detailed review of project work conducted by Sr. Analysts.
- Work collaboratively across the business to drive value through participation in consulting projects and ad hoc requests.
- Manage team by providing leadership, coaching, mentoring, career development, and performance management.
- Assist with the annual risk assessment and UDX Project Plan development. Identify and assess risks to the organization through accumulation of internal and industry data.
- Assist other internal and external audit functions and projects as necessary.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years in an auditing (IT) or accounting;
- or equivalent combination of education and experience.
