Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our family business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the home service industry and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple phone lines for scheduling.
The candidate should have a history of longevity with previous employers, top customer service, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others. This position is in-person, reliable transportation to and from work is a must.
Applicants must be fantastic on the phone. This position replies heavily on great phone/scheduling customer service. Multitasking while on the phone is a must.
Benefits that start after one year of employment: Simple IRA retirement plan match, 5 days paid vacation, and 2 days paid sick days.
Benefits that start after 90 days: Employee paid health, dental and vision plans at a discounted rate available.
Pay is as follows: $15-$17 per hour. **Max pay listed is for job history in pest control industry.
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm(1hr lunch break). Rotating Saturdays (8am-1pm schedule).
