Position : UNIVERSAL Technologies is hiring a Research Analyst for a 6–8-month project to provide expertise in the Olmstead Law, analyze the impact of potential CMS funding changes, and recommend strategies to ensure uninterrupted services for individuals with I / DD (intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) in New York. The contractor will also propose ways to strengthen related legislation.

SCOPE OF SERVICES :
Conduct extensive research and analysis on the impact of potential CMS funding changes
Perform research including designing surveys, conducting interviews, analyzing large data sets, and employing statistical tools (SPSS, SAD, and / or R).
Recommend strategies to ensure uninterrupted services for individuals with I / DD (intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) in New York.
Propose ways to strengthen related legislation.
Public Health Expertise :
Team members should have a comprehensive background in public health, working with the I / DD population is a plus.
Quantitative and Qualitative Research :
Expertise in research methodologies such as designing surveys, conducting interviews, analyzing large data sets, and employing statistical tools (SPSS, SAD, and / or R).
MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :
Note : Candidates who do not meet mandatory skills will not be considered.
MPH, DrPH or PhD required
6 - 10 years of research Analyst Experience with at least 5-years of research experience in the Public Health Field
