Position Summary
The Division of Student Life invites applications for the Experiential Learning and Student Employment Coordinator in the. This position provides administrative and programmatic support to advance experiential learning and student employment opportunities for college students, supporting equitable access to programs and initiatives that enhance student success. This position requires the ability to collaborate across teams, manage competing priorities, and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across the campus community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the coordination and implementation of experiential learning programs, such as the Internship Equity Fund, Undergraduate Research Fund and the Here to Career Student Employment Program, ensuring the smooth operation of programs, events and new initiatives.
- Assist in data collection to support the analysis and reporting of key performance metrics for experiential learning and student employment programs and ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
- Facilitate outreach to students, supervisors, and campus partners regarding program offerings and logistics, eligibility requirements, applications and disbursement of funding.
- Utilize software platforms such as Bullseye powered by Handshake, Academic Works, Asana, and Brightspace to support program operations.
- Work collaboratively across Career Design Center teams to support the departmental and divisional strategic vision.
