Duties
- Provide attentive childcare to children of varying ages, from infants to toddlers
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Monitor and address any behavioral issues using effective behavior management techniques
Skills
- Experience in daycare, preschool, or caregiving settings
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Proficiency in providing infant and toddler care
- Ability to work with students of different ages and backgrounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanor
- Certification in childcare or early childhood education is a plus

- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
