Salary and Appointment Information
This is a full-time Civil Service Program Coordinator (5002A) position appointed on a twelve (12) month service basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the closing date. We strive to provide a competitive salary, considering factors such as available market data, internal equity, candidate experience and qualifications, collective bargaining agreements, and budget constraints. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 with the final salary offer determined through a thorough assessment of these elements.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, rehabilitation counseling, special education, occupational therapy, social work, or closely related field.
- A total of one (1) year (12 months) in education, training, and/or work experience developing and/or maintaining collaborative relationships. (Note: A Master’s degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1) year of work experience.)
- Demonstrated experience delivering a high level of interactive service.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of ADAAA/504 post-secondary academic accommodations to disabled students.
- Master’s degree in higher education administration, rehabilitation counseling, special education, occupational therapy, social work, or closely related field.
- Prior supervision experience.
- 3 years’ experience working in post-secondary disability resources.
- Experience determining accommodations for students with visual disabilities, as well as across disability areas.
- Residential programming experience at the post-secondary level.
