University of Iowa Health Care is excited to offer an opportunity for a nurse leader to join our team. We are looking for a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Prep / Recovery Team. The Assistant Nurse Manager will provide both managerial and clinical leadership, ensuring that all staff deliver safe clinical care and have the necessary education, methods, and resources to meet their performance goals.
Interface with administrative and clinical nursing staff to provide clinical leadership in improving and maintaining the delivery of care processes for the ASC and to assume delegated responsibility for the implementation of daily operations for the ASC.
