SUMMARY:
Provides organizational and administrative support to both Payroll and Accounts Payable areas. Serves as cross functional liaison for a combined Disbursements Unit within the Controller’s Office. This position involves a wide variety of payroll and accounts payable functions. Supports day to day operations related to compliance, reporting, and auditing.

WORK HOURS:
Limited Term 6-month position
Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:00p 7.75 hours/day, 38.75/hours/week
SALARY STRUCTURE:
Pay Grade 4 ($18.18/hour to $22.72/hour)
Salary : $18 - $23
