We’re searching for an Assistant Director of Real Estate Finance and Administration to oversee the financial and operational strategy of the university’s diverse and growing off-site real estate portfolio. This role blends financial expertise, strategic leadership, and data-driven decision-making to optimize a high-impact real estate portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Lead the lease accounting team to ensure seamless transactions, compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage real estate data analysis and generate actionable insights for portfolio performance and growth.
- Oversee department operations, including budgeting, facilities management, and administrative support.
- Collaborate with leadership to craft innovative strategies for real estate optimization, cost management, and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related fields.
- 7–10 years of experience in real estate finance or administration with expertise in lease accounting and team leadership.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a strategic mindset and proficiency in financial tools.
