What You’ll Do:
✔ Greet and check in patients, ensuring a smooth experience
✔ Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
✔ Handle patient records, billing, and insurance verification
✔ Answer calls and assist with patient inquiries
✔ Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards
What We’re Looking For:
· High school diploma 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) (preferred)
