$26.90 - $37.66The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:Assists in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects from initiation through completion under the guidance of leadership. Coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. Monitors and tracks project progress. Collaborates with cross-functional teams as needed to gather project requirements and updates. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Works with assigned business to support coordination and documentation of projects. Assists in the development of project plans and schedules. Manages, tracks and reports on timelines based on project milestones.
- Assists in determining resources needs and makes allocations within the project. Initiates or authorizes orders for resources that include, but not limited to, space, equipment, vendors, web-based or in-person meetings. Ensures central documentation of processes for business continuity.
- Reports updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.
- Plans for group activities and writes funding proposals as needed. Works closely with project leadership and finance to ensure a complete and responsive financial project plan developed and submitted within expected timelines.
- Identifies and escalates potential risks or issues to senior project managers. Works with leaders of functions and programs to evaluate opportunities for process improvement.
- Partners with project leadership to account for all required elements and clearly communicates expectations and project-specific roles.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
