Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Office of the Dean, the Administrative Coordinator monitors, coordinates, and/or performs diverse administrative and support activities across the Office of Clinical Faculty Affairs and the Office of Ideas. The Administrative Coordinator performs diverse administrative and support activities associated with day-to-day operations, meeting management, and strategic initiatives. This position provides support for the Associate Dean for Clinical Faculty Affairs and Development, as well as the Associate Dean for Program Assessment and Accreditation. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and maintaining confidentiality are integral to the activities of the ideal candidate. Demonstrates commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.
Job Related Minimum Required Education And Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Keeps key stakeholders informed of deadlines and adjustments. Assists with hosting professional development speakers and programs, and tracks expenses and attendance.
