Oversee and manage the teacher induction components of the MASTERY TQP program to support the induction and mentoring of beginning teachers, including all program events, activities, and/or operations related to teacher induction.
Oversee and manage professional development, training, and technical assistance for MASTERY participants, staff, and program partners.
Assist in the creation of professional development materials and oversee delivery of professional development including cultural inclusiveness, teaching students in poverty, and multi-lingual learners.
Monitor program implementation and ensure requirements are met within established budget and timeline.
Maintain effective communications with program partners.
Plan, develop, and conduct meetings, trainings, and professional development.
Assess and evaluate the work of participating Teacher Candidates, monitoring their progress toward completion.
Maintain accurate records and complete required reports.
Utilize technology to enhance and support the MASTERY program, when applicable.
Establish and maintain liaisons with universities, districts, counties, the South Carolina Department of Education, and other related agencies.
