This position, located in the Northeastern U.S. (NY, NJ, PA, CT, etc.) will be responsible for developing and managing a recruitment territory and assisting with planning, organizing, and implementing a comprehensive recruitment program seeking students interested in pursuing a career in teacher education (elementary, secondary). The selected individual will be responsible for tracking and meeting directed goals for applicants, admits, and enrolled students. Occasional travel to USCB to participate in on-campus training, recruitment events, and other duties as assigned. The mission of the Division of Enrollment Management is to serve our diverse community by enrolling, educating, and transforming students’ lives. Serve. Enroll. Educate. Transform.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual -Spanish
- Teaching experience at the primary or secondary level
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Student Information System (SIS)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Skilled at public relations and public presentation.
- Tracking prospects from inquiry to enrollment, and knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and an ability to articulate the value of USCB enrollment and degrees.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office a must. Ability to learn and master new software, and database management systems.
