The mission of the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences is the development of professional health care practitioners through innovation, individualized, and quality classroom, clinical, and distance education.

Provides exemplary customer service, both through the service desk and online (synchronous and asynchronous), to support an exceptional delivery of courses, and effective use of teaching and learning tools.
Collaborates with Learning Innovation Designers and Digital Media Designers, in the development of digital course content (including multimedia content) and maintenance of media asset repositories and inventories.
Helps develop knowledge bases and technical documentation.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May require occasional business travel to any of the USAHS campuses (San Marcos, Austin, Dallas, Miami, or St. Augustine).
Reports to : Sr. Director, Digital Learning & Design.
TECHNICAL, MANAGERIAL & PEOPLE SKILLS REQUIRED
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in the field of expertise is required, preferably in instructional design, education, curriculum development, or teaching and learning.
Knowledge of ADA accessibility (504 and 508) and digital copyright laws, and implementation standards such as WCAG 2.2 preferred.
