Primary Purpose | The SHS Director of Academic and Student Affairs oversees the academic and student affairs in the School of Health Sciences. Reporting directly to the Dean of the School of Health Sciences, with dotted lines to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and to the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, the Director ensures leadership, strategic planning, execution and continuous improvement processes that support the successful growth and optimized processes for the academic delivery of all programs in SHS and provides ensures student success. The Director of Academic & Student Affairs makes decisions with a large impact and critical nature and is an effective liaison with internal and external constituents. The office of the SHS Dean and its cabinet is a dynamic and fast-paced environment; the successful candidate is strategic, discerning, and able to balance competing priorities and projects to deliver on-time, high-quality, complete projects and initiatives that actively shape the future of the School of Health Sciences. |

Hiring Range | $86,620.00 - $119,094.00 per year. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
