We are seeking a RN Program Coordinator to :
- The RN Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of efficient, safe, and timely care to patients served in the Coordinator's assigned program at UW Health.
- The RN Program Coordinator actively participates in the development and implementation of goals, strategies, and tactics to support the continued growth and success of the assigned program.
- Duties may include coordination of meetings, data collection, patient and staff education, and care coordination with teams across UW Health. The RN Program Coordinator may have responsibility for the efficient and timely coordination of patient care, direct patient care, documentation of clinical services, and triage as needed.
