This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. To be successful, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of HR experience
- Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
