You will work closely with stakeholders across the university to identify talent needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is required, as well as a minimum of five years of HR experience and at least three years in a supervisory role.
The annual starting salary is $90,000, which is part of a comprehensive total rewards benefit package, including participation in the esteemed Wisconsin State retirement plan.
