We are located on the west side of Cleveland near the Lakewood border. We decorate over 4 million shirts per year. We operate out of a 100,000 square foot facility with 7 automatic presses, 34 embroidery heads, and 6 digital presses.
Entry Level Roles
Team members work in one of several production or warehouse departments. Production departments include screen print, imaging, embroidery, heat press, and direct to garment. Warehouse departments include staging, receiving, shipping, and packaging.
The production based entry role is a Quality Control Inspector "QCI". The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for working on a production line helping to set up, organize, produce, inspect, and package custom apparel as it is produced. Entry roles in our warehouse include packaging associates and stagers. Packaging associates run on a production line to fold, bag, and individually ship products for our customers. Stagers move product throughout the entire facility greasing the wheels of production.
These entry roles are demanding, fast paced, physical, and team oriented. They are a stepping stone to production assistants, operators, and leadership.
