Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to deliver on revenue targets
- Identify new sales leads and potential customers through door to door prospecting
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to customers to explain the features and benefits of our solar products and services
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular feedback and insights to management to help improve and refine our sales strategy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in door-to-door sales is highly preferred
- Knowledge of solar energy and construction industries is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
