Primary Purpose:
The IT Intern will support the IT team and/or other department teams in planning and executing summer strategic priorities, programs and initiatives related to IT hardware, software, and infrastructure. This role will be based out of the Uplift CMO Dallas office and/or the IT Warehouse and/or campus locations as directed by the IT lead.
Duties/Responsibilities:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit and use the wrists, hands and/or fingers. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work at a desk and computer screen for extended periods of time as well as moving or working with some IT equpiment.
Work Environment:
Occasional district-wide travel; occasional prolonged and irregular hours.
Salary: $17/hr.

- Collaborate with department on IT hardware, software and infrastructure projects
- Support with planning, implementation, and execution of IT projects
- Other project-based duties as assigned
- Education Requirements:
- High School diploma and some college experience preferred. IT Certifications relevant to hardware, software or infrastructure. (CompTIA, etc.)
- Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
