Location: Worksites in Pennsylvania (PA), West Virginia (WV), and Ohio (OH)
Schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off
Pay: Starting at $20/hr (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Oilfield Equipment Operators to join our team, working with frac equipment in PA, WV, and OH. This role requires prior oilfield experience and a strong work ethic to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently in a high-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Previous oilfield experience required
- Must live within a 6-8 hour drive from Mill Hall, PA (we do not cover mileage for travel to and from the job)
- Ability to work a 14-day on / 7-day off rotation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in harsh weather conditions
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain frac equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in rig-up, rig-down, and daily operations
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth job execution
