Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Greater Miami Area (Remote initially; Office located in Hallandale Beach, Florida)

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. This position will start remotely but requires the candidate to reside in the greater Miami area due to eventual onsite work at our Hallandale Beach office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining HR functions including onboarding new hires, managing documents, and executing basic HR tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding processes for all new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Manage and organize HR documents, including contracts, employee records, and compliance forms.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support in various HR functions such as recruitment, payroll processing, and employee benefits.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information.

Requirements:

• Proximity to the greater Miami area with the ability to work onsite in Hallandale Beach as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English required.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
