Position Overview :

We're seeking an enthusiastic Wedding and Event Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role combines creative event planning with detailed catering coordination, offering an excellent opportunity for growth in the wedding and events industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead comprehensive client consultations and venue tours
  • Design and execute detailed event timelines and floor plans
  • Coordinate menu planning, including hosting client tastings and collaborating with our culinary team
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
  • Serve as primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Create and maintain detailed event documentation
  • Supervise on-site event execution monthly
  • Participate in team planning meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving

Schedule Requirements :

  • Monday-Friday, standard business hours
  • One weekday evening per week for client tastings
  • Monthly weekend event supervision
  • Additional weekend availability as needed
  • Required Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of customer service or catering experience
  • Basic Spanish language skills - ability to hold simple conversations with clients
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in standard office software and technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous event planning experience
  • Experience in wedding or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of catering operations and food service
  • Familiarity with event planning software
