Job Title & Role Description:
The Director, Information Technology at Upward Health, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire IT infrastructure, systems, and technology initiatives that support our mission of providing whole-person care. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, efficiency, and scalability of IT systems and applications that enable our clinical and operational teams to deliver exceptional patient care. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of healthcare technology, strategic planning, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in IT management and leadership, ideally in a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
- In-depth experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex IT projects from inception to implementation.
- Proficiency in vendor management and contract negotiations related to IT services and products.
- Expertise in data management, analytics, and leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes and organizational performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
