Key Responsibilities:
• Represent URM at admissions fairs, high schools, and community events nationwide.
• Deliver compelling presentations about our programs, campus life, and admissions process.
• Build relationships with high school counselors, educators, and prospective students.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process and answer questions.
• Track recruitment data and provide insights on student interest and trends.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in admissions, recruitment, or sales preferred.
• Passion for travel and ability to work independently on the road.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
