What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper/Porter position at URS Properties (Views at River Bend)?
This Groundskeeper assists the Maintenance Tech & Supervisor in carrying out the service processes of the property to ensure our community members have a well-maintained apartment home.
Responsibilities:
- Keep property and grounds cleaned and maintained at all times.
- Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklist.
- Perform duties necessary to restore apartments to “market ready” status in a timely manner and in accordance with the Company’s Apartment Make Ready Policy
- Assist and supervise sub-contractors while they are on the property.
- Maintain service shop so that it is safe, clean, and well organized, with adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.
Qualifications:
- Top notch customer service skills and basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Valid Driver’s License
