What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reliability Centered Maintenance Manager position at US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.?
Work closely with Account Leadership and our Client to understand the goals, objectives and focus areas for Building Operations and Experience Services on the account.Develop and implement RCM strategies across the organization.
Analyze critical equipment failure modes and their effects
Conduct root cause analyses of equipment failures, including examination of components.
Prioritize maintenance activities based on criticality and risk.
Identify critical equipment and recommend appropriate predictive maintenance modifications or techniques, including vibration analysis, oil analysis, motor testing,
Identify obsolete critical equipment and evaluate for available spare parts or replacement, considering energy savings as additional justification.
Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Implement condition monitoring technologies.
Manage and analyze maintenance data to identify failure trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability.
Collaborate with project design teams to incorporate reliability design concepts.
Provide training on RCM principles and practices to relevant staff and arrange for training on predictive maintenance tools.
Continuously evaluate and improve the RCM program's effectiveness.
Achieve and exceed goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals.
Establish and maintain sound management guidelines in accordance with client service level agreements and operating requirements.
Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocate sound financial/business decision making; demonstrate honesty/integrity; lead by example.
Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues at the account level (audit findings, client complaints, material vendor service issues, information security, any impact to the Account KPI’s)
