ASSOCIATE - HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

Currently seeking an Associate to join the Human Resources Department. The Associate should have good knowledge of benefits, reporting, reconciliation, and possess strong analytical skills. The HR Associate will provide support on multiple human resources matters including but not limited to administering wage and salary policies, health care and insurance programs, as well as be a backup to assist with payroll processing on a semi-monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resource Administration, preferably within banking or financial services.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
MUST have Strong oral and written communication skills.
MUST have strong technical skills in MS Office.
Familiar with ADP Reporting and Workforce Now preferred.
Good knowledge of benefits, policies and procedures, federal, & state employment laws and HR Best practices.
Strong analytical skills required.
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
