What does the Systems Administrator position do?
Under general supervision, implements, maintains, and resolves problems with the company's applications as assigned. Masters the company's suite of information technologies to enhance processes and communications and develops close relationships with users and leadership to ensure consistent customer service. Applies information technologies in the timely design, implementation and installation of high quality business solutions for the company. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards
Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities :
- Assist in implementing and maintaining business solutions in SharePoint Online (SPO) as well as troubleshoot and resolve related problems.
- Serve as level I and level II support for SharePoint, ensuring business processes are effectively and efficiently supported using creative problem solving.
- Achieve a high level of customer service and communication with employees, business leaders, and partners.
- Assist in managing security compliance with company standards and HIPAA compliance, to include periodic audits.
- Create and lead training for end users, to include job aids, videos, virtual / in person training, etc.
- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities for current and future business processes built within the platform.
