What you’ll do:
The Client Development Representative is responsible for supporting the outside sales team in the retention of current US Signal clients. The Client Development Representative develops relationships with US Signal clients in an effort to retain and grow their business. This position also provides ongoing feedback on client churn and disconnect reasons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client total billed revenue.
- Work within the account team to grow the revenue of the account.
- Monitor client contract waterfall. Generate renewals of clients' service terms.
- Translate client requests into the best solution for the client.
- Work with interdepartmental teams to procure pricing for the client.
- Effectively deliver competitive pricing and solutions to the client.
- Be involved in submitting client moves, adds, changes & disconnects.
- Clearly communicate order details to the back office.
- Work within a CRM to log all client account activities and contact details
- Perform client satisfaction and quarterly business review calls.
- Conduct first bill reviews with all new retail US Signal clients.
- Create client inventories and monitor product attachment rate.
- Work closely with all departments to resolve client issues (service issues, billing, credit/adjustments, cancellation requests, etc.)
- Provide system and process support to account team.
- Conduct customer portal training to the client.
- Report client feedback findings to management.
- Provide operational and systems suggestions to management.
- Track and report all relevant client churn metrics.
- Produce specific detailed reports as necessary.

- Ability to manage a multi-facetted project to completion
- Extraordinary ability to positively communicate a negative message
- Detailed knowledge of internal order processes for all US Signal products and services
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Analytical skills used in reporting metrics to gather and report on trends and findings
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, technology, or communications is a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in sales or client relationship in telecommunications or technology is required.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
This position operates in a variety of environments. The majority of the time is spent in a professional office environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment.
