A Document Management Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing mail received by the company. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and batching medical claims into proper claim types, scanning claims using corresponding batch numbers, and preparing Return to Provider (RTP) forms when required claim information is missing or invalid. They will also oversee mailroom supply inventory and serve as a back-up for the courier.
