- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good overall knowledge of tools
- Familiarity with data entry, filing and record keeping
- Strong knowledge with Windows-based operating systems and software
- Work independently and stay focused to complete assigned work
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
A typical day may look like this:
- Responsibility for all on-site customer service including assisting mechanics with various issues that may arise at the customer level
- Receiving, stocking, order pulling, and customer service functions
- Making changes in the AutoCrib system as suggested by frequency reports or by customer request
- Maintaining daily and weekly reports
- Maintenance and repair of AutoCrib machines
- Inventory management
- Manage various point of use stations
- Other duties as assigned
- 60% Standing, Bending, Reaching, Kneeling
- 30% Walking
- 10% Sitting
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Occasional Pushing and pulling (approximately 20 lbs. of force)
