Duties
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Supervise front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Maintain office schedules and manage calendar appointments for team members.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Maintain tenant rental contracts
- Dispatch and return U-Haul equipment
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in office management or a related field.
- Strong skills in team management and the ability to lead by example.
- Familiarity with human resources practices and training development.
- Proficiency in schedule management and calendar organization.
