Our team of doctors, advanced care providers, nurses, therapists and researchers provide the region's most advanced medicine at multiple facilities, campuses, clinics and classrooms. Responsibilities
Establishes and maintains linkages with community-based individuals and organizations, and conduct community-based activities aimed at addressing health disparities in the USA Project EXPORT service area; works closely with Coordinator to ensure all Community Engagement Core project duties and responsibilities are fully implemented; plans and implements Pipeline project components and manage associated day-to-day activities; supervises Pipeline personnel; develops close working relationships with high schools, especially feeder schools; leads recruitment effort for STARS and STRIPES program faculty, assistants; and student participants; seeks opportunities to promote programs and events within the schools and through public relations with approval from Core Leaders
leads development of the CEC Advisory Committee; secures space and facilities for programs and activities; schedule and organize meetings of the CEC Advisory Committee; anticipate budget needs In advance and maintain budget requests and expenditures reports for Pipeline activities; submit weekly data (qualitative or quantitative) from program activities; prepare Operation Manual and materials for the Pipeline project including planning, recruitment and selection of program participants, activities, and timelines; other duties as might be assigned by Core Coordinators; regular and prompt attendance; ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required; related duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, Marketing or related field and three years of directly related professional experience.
