Key Responsibilities:
- General Duties:
- Complete weekly client gifting, including birthday gifts and welcome boxes.
- Handle client surveys and assist with non-confidential tax-related correspondence.
- Oversee office management tasks, including supply inventory, mail, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Assist the CEO with tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Handle diverse, ad hoc projects, ranging from office-related tasks to coordinating with vendors.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for newsletters and social media posts.
- Ability to use technology to help with speed of completing some tasks.
- Familiarity with basic posting on social media and podcast platforms (or a willingness to learn).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
