Saxon Aerospace is currently hiring Machine Operators (Press) in the Greater Seattle-Tacoma area.
As a Machine Operator, you will maintain and operate various presses in our organization to shape, design, and cut metals or other materials.
A successful machine operator should be detail-oriented and willing to learn. You should be able to follow instructions, work with others, and help ensure that all safety regulations are followed.

Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate presses and other production and support machinery.
- Monitor operation on presses, observe instrument panels, listen for deviations in normal rhythm and sounds.
- Take appropriate action to prevent mechanical failure.
- Perform routine troubleshooting.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as cleanup, greasing and oiling of equipment.
- Continually check the machines to assure that moving parts do not overheat, bind, or jam.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 2 years’ press operation
- Ability to use product documentation, schematics, blueprints, and verbal/written instruction
Working conditions:
- Standing, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting
- Lifting and handling objects up to 50 pounds
Pay: $25/hr-$30/hr
