Userflow is helping product-led businesses build beautiful in-app onboarding and product experiences—without code. We’re on a mission to reduce friction for end users and empower teams to move fast with simple, intuitive tools. We’re hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our growth marketing efforts! This is a high-impact, hands-on role—ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage, high-ownership environments and has a deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) motions. You’ll join a lean, collaborative team with a history of smart, no-ego execution. You’ll be responsible for identifying and testing new customer acquisition strategies, scaling successful experiments, and ultimately helping Userflow grow from $10M to $25M in ARR in the next 18 months!
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the growth strategy across paid, organic, and product-led channels—prioritizing what moves the needle
- Design and run experiments to unlock new growth levers—think creatively, test quickly, iterate fast
- Scale our customer acquisition engine—optimize funnels, messaging, and marketing ops
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Success to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Lead and grow a small team of 2 (with room to expand to 5 over the next 12 months)
- Organize and optimize growth touchpoints (e.g., community events, CABs, industry dinners, etc.)
- Keep your hands dirty—this is a 70% execution, 30% strategy role

- Proven ability to run data-driven experiments and measure what works
- Strong analytical chops and comfort with numbers
