Job Details:
- Shift and Schedule: Flexible shifts with overtime opportunities.
- Location: Millbrook, AL 36054.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides direct supervision, coordination and continuity to the assigned crew, and necessary communication from dispatch through the Division Operations Manager.
- Ensures work performance is planned and coordinated according to work plan schedule, quality, budget and safety objectives.
- Maintains the project work-site in a safe and environmentally sound condition per DOT, EPA and OSHA requirements.
- Supervise assigned USES personnel and subcontractors. Initiate corrective action for unsatisfactory performance in accordance with company regulations.
- Provide complete and accurate Job Service Receipts and Job Logs to required USES managers/salesman.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years previous industrial experience preferred. 40 Hr. Hazwoper, Basic Plus, Confined space Training
- Skills: Ability to perform manual labor, heavy lifting, and work at heights or in confined spaces.
- Leadership: ability to demonstrate skills in adaptability, trust, accountability and integrity. Ability to lead a team with great communication skills.
- Certifications: Valid Driver’s License/State Issued ID and TWIC Card required. Forklift certification recommended
- Safety: Ability to wear a respirator and adhere to safety protocols.
- Requirements: Must pass a physical, hair follicle drug test, and background check.
