What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Account Manager position at USL Cleveland Landscaping Services?
We're looking to hire a New Account Manager to join our team.
Wage will vary depending on the individuals Experience & Work Output. We offer a yearly Salary Ranging up to $75k a year including commission & bonuses.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
o Staying in contact with the customer on a weekly basis is required
Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Quality Control:
o Conduct regular site visits to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Contract management-understanding the expectations of the contract and the customer
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of landscaping projects, including maintenance, irrigation and enhancement
Projects:
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with design, installation, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary.
Client communication on start date an execution date
Enhancement and Business Development:
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
Prepare and present proposals and quotes for new projects and services.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to attract new clients.
Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Team Coordination:
Morning Dispatch: make sure team members are clocked in and crews & job assignments are set.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficient allocation of resources. (ie: mowers, string trimmers, etc.)
Provide guidance and support to landscaping crews and supervisors.
Oversee team member development, including crew leaders & gardener succession planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Check crews in at the end of the day; prepare them for the next days assignment.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage budgets for client accounts and projects.
Track project expenses and ensure financial goals are met.
Review and approve internal processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This includes service orders and quotes
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details in company CRM platform
Prepare regular reports on project status, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
Utilize CRM software to manage client information and project data.
